1. Our Privacy Commitment

We maintain a transparent, strict privacy standard. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your biological data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or insurance companies.

2. Information We Collect

Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number. Health Screening: Basic physical activity readiness responses (PAR-Q+) to confirm testing safety. Physiological Metrics: Breath-by-breath gas exchange (VO2, VCO2), heart rate, blood lactate values, wattage, running pace, and body weight.

3. How We Use Your Information

To calculate your VO2 Max score, identify ventilatory thresholds (VT1/VT2) and lactate thresholds (LT1/LT2), and build your personalized training zones. To deliver your digital PDF test report. To send appointment confirmations and preparation guidelines. To verify internal sensor calibration using anonymized aggregate data.

4. Zero Third-Party Sharing

Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit written authorization (such as sending a copy of your report directly to your coach).

5. Data Security & Your Rights

Client records are stored securely on access-controlled systems. You may request a copy of past test results or ask us to permanently delete your customer record and biometric data at any time.
